PhD Student at the Doctoral Programme in Economics and Business at the International PhD School (EDIUS) of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). Master’s in psychology, with specialization in Organizational, Social and Work Psychology at the University of Porto. Coordinator of Consuelo Vieira da Costa Foundation (FCVC), Assistant Professor and Board Consultant at ISAG - European Business School, and Researcher at the Research Center in Business Sciences and Tourism (CICET-FCVC) and at the Applied Management Research Unit (UNIAG). Has participated as a researcher and/or project manager in 7 projects and has been member of the organising committee in 6 International Conferences. Her current research focus on Digital Nomadism, People Management, Tourism, Marketing and Strategic Management.
