Sofia Cardim

Sofia Cardim holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, as well as a postgraduate degree in Special Education and an interdisciplinary postgraduate degree in Human Rights. She is a faculty member at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, where she conducts research in the fields of Management and Applied Economics. Her research interests include organizational behavior, human resource management, workplace well-being, diversity, gender equality, and inclusion in organizations. Her interdisciplinary approach integrates contributions from Management, Economics, Education, and Human Rights, with a focus on the critical analysis of organizational dynamics and contemporary socioeconomic challenges. Her research seeks to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and to the development of sustainable, inclusive, and socially responsible management models and practices.
