Sampras Femi Robert

Sampras Femi Robert is a doctoral candidate in Business Economics and Management at the Silesian University in Opava, Czech Republic, where he also serves as a seminar instructor. His research examines how HR governance systems balance employee autonomy and organisational visibility in remote and hybrid knowledge work, alongside broader interests in algorithmic decision-making, organisational trust, and AI in HRM. He holds a BSc in Mathematics (Loyola College, Chennai) and a Master's in Business Economics and Management. He combines academic work with international project management at Petrklic help z. s. and independent consulting in AI and digital transformation.
